Birds of many colours
Trois-Ponts, East of Belgium, May 23, 2022. Well-hidden in a birdhide facing the hillside of the Salmvalley, many small but colourful inhabitants of these woody hills can be observed, e.g. finch, tit, jay and blackbird.
Belgium bound
April-May 2022, Belgium. Bird watching can be fun, even close from home. You have to observe (from a distance), something we learned from astronomy, and stay quiet, then you spot them… Grey heron, finch and jay!
Voyage to the North
January 2022. Last November, we spotted cranes flying Southbound. This month, this small group of about 50 birds was observed flying Northbound.
